Jinil Patel grew up learning business the real way — at 12 years old, working alongside his family in their restaurant, and by 15, managing the books. That foundation never left him. Today, as Managing Partner of Rising Capital, he brings over a decade of hands-on operating experience — including two franchise pizza restaurants generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue — to the world of multifamily real estate investing. But what truly set his path in motion was personal: when he and his wife learned they were expecting their first child, Jinil began building something bigger than a portfolio. He began building a legacy. Now, with approximately $9 million in assets under management across 102 units in Midwest growth markets, Jinil invites other families to build alongside him — with the same conservative underwriting, operator discipline, and integrity he'd want if the capital were his own
